You can visit www.inegi.gob.mex it is the web page where you can find the
information you need. Look for BIE icon it means Economical Information Bank. once there click on "buscador de temas", then in the box which says "buscar por" type: "inflacion" and in the box which says "en el tema" choose: "precios e inflacion". But, you have to know that on 1990 the authorities changed the methodology to consider inflation, so you are not going to be able to compare 1980 with 1990 or 2000, at least you know exactly what they changed. In the same web page you can look for "tipo de cambio". Also, you can take a look at www.banxico.org.mx this page is available in English. good luck! |
