Default how do maoris and australian aborigines feel about Lord of theRings?

Even though it was an obvious troll, the content (if taken
as legitimate rather than a windup) is actually applicable
to all groups posted to. He might be a fool with no clue
(LOTR denigrating to Aboriginal and Maori people? some
people have too much time and drugs on their hands to be
able to come up with this crap), but he at least is not
off-topic for the groups posted to.

<clears his throat>

Well, it would seem you stand revealed by your own words. Have a nice
life.

Let's see...

The original post in this thread (to which O'Kiwi was replying) was about
the Lord of the Rings movies, the last of which is still playing in first
run movie houses. Therefore the post was on-topic for the newsgroup
"alt.arts.movies.current-films."

The Lord of the Rings movies are adapted from the novel by J. R. R. Tolkien.
Therefore, the post was on-topic for the newsgroup "alt.fan.tolkien."

Because the original poster was asking - in rather insulting terms - what
the Maori and Aborigines felt about the films, it was on-topic for the
newsgroups "soc.culture.new-zealand" and "soc.culture.australian."

How, given these facts do you explain your extremely rude (and profane)
response?

Drop me a line if you ever learn capitalization and punctuation.

"coyotes" was obviously having a bad day - zie is not normally
as rude to posters as zie was to O'Kiwi. I suspect the original
troll post - which is something like the zillionth of its kind posted
by that particular troll - upset hir rather strongly.
