RAWALPINDI: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on
Thursday said Pakistan and India should peacefully resolve all bilateral
disputes including core issue of Kashmir.

"Pakistan wants to live in peace with India," he said while addressing a
function organised in connection with Pakistan Defence Day here. However, he
said, Pakistan is prepared to give an adequate response, if war is imposed
on it. Every Pakistani is ready to sacrifice his life in defence of the
country, he added.

The minister said the government is striving to keeping democracy afloat and
stable. "We are working for the cause of Islam, Pakistan and poor people of
the country." Referring to the development of Rawalpindi city, the minister
said he has asked for more funds to start new projects. The government has
already pledged Rs 200 million for the projects in the city, he added.

What one says doesn't matter. It's the actions that count. Pakistan is
following a dual policy of saying the right things and sending jihadis to
cause mayhem in India. The leaders currently in pakistan were responsible
for killing tens of thousands of bengalis (muslims too by the way). They
have no qualms killing their own people. Go read about
Sindhi/Gilgit/Balochistan struggles on the web and form your own opinion
about your military govt.

This view is based on conspiracy theories. Pakistan does no such thing. One
of the biggest hurdle to peace between India and Pakistan is India's over
active imagination regarding Pakistan's hand in the dissatisfaction among
its own people. The truth of the matter is there would be no struggle in
Kashmir if India didn't have state sponsored pogroms to kill the Muslims.

If India treated its people with basic dignity instead of mounting pogroms
to eliminate its non-Hindu population, then they wouldn't be taking measures
out of desperation.

Remember, Pakistan can do nothing if India treats its non-Hindu population with dignity.


As far the claim that you Hindus always make that Indian Muslims are
manipulated by Pakistan, just remember if they didn't like India they would
have migrated to Pakistan. Hindus kill Muslims because the Indian Muslims
were fools to support Hindu leaders in 1947. This just makes a stronger
justification for creation of Pakistan and possibly more Pakistans out of India.

Are you blind or just color blind? Who started the trouble in India in
late 80's? Who started Kargil adventure? Who attacked Indian
Parliament? Who exploded bombs in 1993 and 2003 in Bombay? The list
goes on and on ....

Who gave right to pakis to look after Muslim Indians? Why can't you
look at your own record for treatment of minorities in Pakistan? Don't
you have enough problems? Who you need peace with? All India is doing
is to fight terrorism in India. You talk of peace when India attacks
you until then you just keep giving terrorists moral support.

To be frank, Pakistan talks of peace with India only when west bullies
her in private. India now seems to have learned that she has to take
care of terrorists by herself since Americans are so dumb that they
don't have any clue who their friend is in fight against terrorism.
Its not India's problem but theirs. India should tell Americans that
you fight your terrorism in Iraq while India does the same in Kashmir.

yeah we saw your ablity to fight in 71,mainly through butt lifting
inside jail to sardarjis,you faught so well,and carried the battle
inside indian territory,that e.pakistan became independent
bangladesh...the only weapon paki paindoos have is a big mouth before
fight,so much so,people from ghq rawalpindi are referred to as cunts
of punjab,for their unique style of engaging enemy in battle,first by
handing over all weapons in custordy, and licking the boots of enemy
soldiers,weeping for mercy....only paki army has this style of
fighting in each and every war with india...roftl

IMHO it was the people of Kashmir who were sick of being paraded out of
their homes and then summarily executed by the Indian forces. That's what
started the whole mess in Kashmir. Then the Mujahideen movement gave
Kashmiris the moral courage to fight a cruel government that has been
oppressing them for the last 58 years.
