One can assume that Palestinians are angry with Pakistan. Till the
late 80's, India was a champion of Palestinian cause, while Pakistan
kept silence fearing American anger.

India backtracked (and became closer with Israel) once they realized
the double standards of Arab world. Pakistan continues to ignore
Palestinians, but uses the Palestinian issue all the time for mileage,
drawing a parallel with Kashmir insurgency.

In a way, yes. Once Israel has more ties and business relationships at
stake, they will be willing to listen to criticisms and ease their
stand.
