You should have no problems getting cash out of European ATMs. One
caveat: In the USA, and if I'm remembering correctly Canada, you often
have access to two accounts, a 'Checking' and a 'Savings'. In Europe,
you may only have access to the account designated as 'Checking'. So
make sure you have all the money you think you'll want in your primary
(Checking) account. I almost ran out of money by loading up the savings
account. Overdraft protection is a wonderful thing!
