I've never in my life put down my nationality or ethnicity on a
resume. I've filled out applications forms asking me if I am legally
entitled to work in Canada. I frankly don't understand why British
employers would ask what nationality you are. What does that have to
do with job you are applying for?

One can be *for* social justice and *for* Irish reunification without
taking a stance that borders on Scientific i.e. genetic Racism.

When I was younger, I used to think somewhat similarly i.e. "Saxons
out"... I grew up with people in my household complaining about
Germanic oppression of the Celts but as I've studied ancient history
more thoroughly I learned that, in the period between 800 and 300
B.C., it was the Celts that kicked Germanic arse so....
