Of course not, as the essence of Jesus' message was that the "End is
nigh". He believed he was Messiah.

As the world was coming to an end, the rich should give everthing they
had to the poor and follow him. Families should be sundered so that
they also could follow him.

Martha should not have done the housework but she should have sat at
the Master's feet like her sister Mary.

"See the lilies of the field. They toil not, neither do they spin".

The world did not end then but who knows when.

In the meantime we get on with life much as the contempories of Jesus
did, apart from His Apolstles.
