Think about the mighty Roman Empire that pused outward and further outward
yet they built Hadrian's Wall and the Antonine Wall where their then borders
were against what is now Scotland. In comparason to the Roman Empire we were
a tiny handful of warrior tribes. They ventured further North but could
never establish proper colonies. So think what kind of warfare such small
tribes used to thwart the massed might of Rome. Terrorist and gurilla, and

I could think of dozens of ways to use the resourses of your own country
against itself. Just think of any dangerous things that are in every
country. What about breached dams to flood built up areas? What about
chemical tankers, rail, road and water born? What about power cuts. What
about DOS attacks on the net? What about weapons magazines, nuclear power
plants, chemical plants. Poison gas. Deadly virus attacks. Those losers you
mentioned are all extatic to die for their God and go right to paradise so
they will not mind being infected and moving among you. Remember they could
well be Muslims born in the USA and working somewhere for years. Next thing
you know they inject themselves and start an epidemic. Do a web search for
Ebola and be very afraid..

There is no such designatin in the Geneva convention or in UN rules. That is
what makes Bush and co., war criminals.

Are you silly enough to think the USA has any jurisdiction in Scotland?
Furthermore it is no crime, even under crazy USA law, to attempt to educate

Where are your brains? Scotland and England United Under King James VI of
Scotland who also became heir to the English Crown. 103 years later they
signed a treaty of The Union Of Parliaments. The now have their own
Parliament again but are still in a treaty with England. Scotland's legal
system is different from England's. The United States is composed of states
inunion to form a country. The UK is four Countries united to form a state.

The fact that I don't like that pair of liars has little to do with it. What
you call doom and gloom is really just the most likely way things will go.
Neither Bush or Blair seem able to understand the consequencies of what they
have let loose on the World. The facts are plain no country will ever win
the kind of battle they have set out on.This is how it is. Bush and co.,
thought all they had to do was invade, defeat the enemy and that would be
that. It won't. Bush said, "The war is now over". It is not. The Muslim
fundamentalist will not go away. They will keep coming.Now I will tell you
the mistake they made, they attacked the wrong enemy. Bin Laden heads an
international force of terrorists so why did Bush attack two different
countrias? International terrorists just move out of the country being
attacked and come at you from another while you are tied up fighting the
country you attached and have to remain in for as long as it takes. Get it
Bush is in Afghanistan and Iraq chasing shadows catching Saddam will make
not one whit of difference. He is not the real enemy that attacked the USA.

Not to mention the Gask Ridge forts, which preceded even the Antonine
Wall and were apparently built to keep Kelty folk (and other Fifers) out
of the Roman Empire.


Actually the Romans probably bought most of them off, as the Birnie coin
hoards possibly demonstrate. I think we would have been better buying
off Saddam Hussein, or paying Al Qaeda to liquidate him, which no doubt
they would have delighted in doing for a small consideration. Blasting
Iraq with "shock and awe" tactics was just about the most stupid way of
approaching the problem, with consequences that we can now plainly see.
If we take off our blinkers, of course.

Let's talk about the Romans in Scotland instead!
