We're having another election. Like we had nothing better to do with all that
money. I thought about filing to run for governor, but I so hate to do that
which is trendy....

At least if Arnie gets elected you will have a relatively intelligent and
articulate governer for the first time in decades.
Pity he will inherit a totally bankrupt economy.

Best line so far from one of the in***bents - "He has no political
experience!"

This complaint was made after Californiahas almost been bankrupted by
people with a great deal of political experience.

To have done to the sixth largest economy in the world what Governor
Gray Davis has done doesn't merit a recall vote; it cries out for a
firing squad.

My niece in New York sent me an email yesterday telling me I shouldn't vote for
Arnie, and should vote for Ariana Huffington. I guess she heard the woman
speak at college recently.

Maybe I should start a poll: who should Melin vote for?

PLEASE, don't vote for Arianna. I can't stand her grating voice and accent.
Not only that, she's the one who started the anti-SUV advertising campaign,
as if it's any of her damn business what people chosed to buy and drive.
She'd be way to much of a statist. Of course, some people like that sort of
thing where the politicians take big chunks of the private sector under
their control. Not me !! Get the government the hell out of my life !!
The Davis matter is but one example of how they manage to f*ck things up in
the process.

and non-profits. She currently works four days a week as a hospital
and senior center volunteer and devotes the majority of the rest of

It's so touching... I wonder how much they'd sell her for if I
