'Seeking' new travel agencies....anyone had same problem?
Had a God-awful time trying to redeem the travel voucher I had
received from Seekers. What a pain - no correct info, had to delay the
whole thing for some time as two people, (Faith and Annerita) had both
failed to give me the RELEVANT information to my query (like their
special flights are only for first and last flights), and Faith just
didn't bother consulting her sheet (which was issued to them all that
morning) for the correct price for car hire (just for aircon she
wanted to charge me an extra R700 per day. like HELL.
Apparently they are sent on training every week - somebody is getting
ripped off.
Out of this came one very humble guy, with an unpronouncable name, who
sorted us out eventually, and I sincerely hope he has the sense to
move along, and work for somebody else.
I can see why they lost the contract with my company, even by SA
standards, this is not acceptable at all.
Anyone else has terrible service there?
