Indian troops martyr 12 more Kashmiris
Srinagar, Sep 17 (APP): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat
Conference (APHC) leadership visited the Mazar-e-Shuhada in Srinagar
today and renewed its pledge to continue Kashmiris' struggle for right
to self determination through peaceful means against all odds.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Kashmiri leaders offered
Fateha at the Mazar-e-Shuhada and prayed for the success of ongoing
liberation movement.
Speaking on the occasion, the APHC Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani amid full
throated slogans in favour of liberation said, the mission of the
martyrs would be taken to the logical conclusion come what may.
He said, efforts would be made to further strengthen and reinvigorate
the ongoing liberation struggle and complete the sacred mission of the
martyrs.
The ceremony was also attended by APHC leaders, Mussarrat Alam Butt,
Dr.Ghulam Muhammad Hubbi, Firdous Ahmad Shah, Ghulam Qadir Hagroo,
Nazir Ahmad Butt, Ziauddin Bukhari, Maulvi Bashir Ahmad, Muhammad
Shafi Lone, Ghulam Rasool Wani, Muhammad Yasin Butt, Manzoor Ilahi and
Ali Muhammad Malik.
Giving details about the ceremony, Peoples League and APHC leader,
Muhammad Yousaf Mir told Kashmir Media Service.
Later various delegations led by Hurriyat leadership were sent to
different areas.
A delegation led by APHC Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani left for Narwani
area of Shopian where three youth were martyred recently.
Another APHC delegation led by Dr. Ghulam Muhammad Hubbi left for Tral
to express sympathies with the relatives of the two persons martyred
by Indian troops.
In an interview with Kashmir Media Service, senior APHC leader,
Mussarrat Alam Butt said, India is using all sorts of tactics to
suppress the Kashmiris just struggle for right to self determination
but Kashmiris are in high spirit and they can not be bowed into
submission through such mean steps.
Meanwhile, Indian troops martyred 12 more Kashmiris in fresh acts of
state terrorism.
Three of them were shot dead at Zainapora in Shopian and two at Tral.
The Indian troops martyred two persons each at Naranpora and Natnoosa
areas of Kupwara district and Awantipora in Pulwama district.
Another Kashmiri was martyred in a fake encounter in Srinagar.
