Default 96 Dodge 1 ton Cummins turbo

I have a '96 Dodge 1 ton with a Cummins turbo motor. I was pulling a
heavy load and the rubber hose located closest to the turbo came off.
It was dark and we didn't realize what had happened and drove another
30-40 miles and shut down. The next morning we re-attached the hose
and everything seemed fine until we realized we were loosing oil. The
truck starts and runs fine and feels like it has all its power (for a
truck with 213,000 miles). I've drained the oil and it is clean. We
still have the problem with it blowing oil out of the engine.
What do you think is the location of the problem. I've had one person
tell me that when we lost pressure with the hose coming off that this
messed up the fins on the turbo charger causing it to suck oil out of
the pan. I've removed the air intake hose and started the engine and
the fins are turning. They do seem to have a little play in them but
seem to working fine. Before I spend a lot of money letting someone
try and find the problem, I wanted to ask an expert where they suggest
we look first. Is it in the turbo? Seals? Where would you look
first. As stated, it seems to be blowing oil out including out the
dip stick.
Please give me a suggestion where to start.
Thanks

If it is blowing oil out the dipstick either you have lost compression
in one or more cylinders by injecting too much fuel for the amount of
air in the cylinder or the engine vent/breather tube on the front of
the engine has frozen closed. I would check the vent first since it
is much quicker and cheaper.

Well when the hose blew off & you were pulling this heavy load it caused your
egt's(exhaust gas temps to skyrocket) I know this happened to me,but I have
guages to monitor this & could only press the throttle down about 25% b4 it got
hot.
So you probably have something like burnt piston or 2 or stuck rings & galled
up cyl walls.
You might want to go here & ask for a second
opinion;http://www.turbodieselregister.com/
