I have a '99 Dodge pickup with about 62k miles. All the maintenance
is current. It had developed a problem that feels like the ignition
was turned off momentarily at around 1650 rpm. This happens only
occasionally and I haven't been able to make it occur. It has now
started to occur from a stoplight and has also stalled after a long
hiway trip. I have changed the spark coil, the throttle position
sensor. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what is causing this?
I hate to take it to a dealer as they can only throw parts at it.
They replaced the computer about 6 months ago while they had it in for
changing the intake manifold gasket. Any help would be appreciated.
