I have a 1991 Dodge Spirit 3.0L 4-dr that recently tossed it's trans or at
least I think it did. Presently, the car has only has 1st and reverse. This
happened a few years ago and the rest of the gears mysteriously came back.
This time I wasn't so lucky. (Computer thingy?) I don't have the money for
a rebuilt trans.

Anyway, the car runs and the body is in very good shape. The engine is
leaking oil due to a hardened front seal. From what I hear that's a common
affliction on 3.0L engines. Another dilemma that takes more money than what
I can afford.

To play it safe for the winter I bought a 94 Plymouth to get around.

Because of a bank merger and a paperwork blunder by the new bank, I don't
have a clear title. The State shows myself and a non-existent bank as the
owners. Ever try and have a bank that does not exist sign off on a title? I
have drove, plated and insured the car since 1995.

If money is a problem and you are looking for major body parts or an engine
to rebuild, I'll GIVE you the car for gratis. The only thing I ask in
return is that you continue to "recycle" the balance of parts to another
dodge enthusiast. You must also stand balancing yourself on your right leg
hopping up and down swearing by all thing holy you will not abandon the car
upon any city street.

This is a REAL offer, nothing phoney about it. I would rather give the car
away for free than push it on the street and wait for the city to crunch
it.
