where is resistor block located in voyager and shadow?

where is the resistor block for the blower motor located in the 96 voyager
and in the 91 shadow?

does anyone know the resistances?

on the outside, under the hood, mounted on the firewall by the belts on the
caravan, the same vicinity on the shadow if i remember correctly
