Wiring diagrams for 1964 D100- - - Good News!
For 5 days firguing what's wrong with it (at night I'm alert and active) off
and on then about 3 :45am this morning I finally found the source: wrong
wires' locations on the headlight switch. Yet I played with 3 wires- red,
yellow and dark blue - unplug one at a time, and turned on headlight. nope.
Brakelight working? Nope. Turned on dim lights, the stoplight fuse blew.
Relocate another wire to empty male on headlight switch, and did same thing,
blew second fuse. On third wire relocation with 3rd BUSS acs15A installed
(didnt dare to turn dim light on) and voila!! Headlight are on, AND
stoplights finally WORKING!!
I have come to a conclusion: Wrong headlight switch-- which was why its
wires' colors & where they belonged to doesnt match from what I compared on
wiring diagram I got from www.sweptline.com! Now I gonna call Dodge
dealership & cancel that $108 turnlight switch order, saving me $$$! All I
need to do is to find RIGHT headlight switch for my cool black-primered '64
Dodge D100!
AAhhh.. gonna go bed soon! :-)
