Default Copied Audio CDs do not play (Dodge RAM 1500 1999)!!!

If I try to play copies of SOME audio CDs in my dodge, it takes 3-5
MINUTES for them to start playing. The player keeps searching for
something. The originals play fine. Any ideas?

Did you close the copies that you created?

Thats why I pulled the Infinity CD player from my 1998 2500. Also wouldn't
play RW disks. I installed a new Pioneer unit for $225 or so. Sounded
better than the Infinity.

Anyone want the original Infinity unit from my 1998 2500? Works great. Just
doesn't play all burned CDs and CDRW. Truck had 38K when pulled. Figure
about 1 Benjamin and I will even pay shipping (UPS Ground) in the lower 48.
Paypal available.

Thanks

Since it is illegal to make copies of copyrighted materials, it does not
really matter much does it?

Under the Fair Use Doctrine, copying for personal use is permissible.

You may have to add the "=" to the above link.

www.bought4less.com

buy a new stereo that is of higher quality and has more features.
save your old radio for trade in time.

its all an easy plug in installation.

I have a similar problem in my 99Dak. It will only play with high quality
CDRW.
The gold Memorex ones work, most others don't.

Making a copy of your music for your use is not illegal!!! If you keep your
original CD's in your car, then you must be an idiot. All of the CD's in my
car are copy's of my originals. Then if I forget and leave them out where
the sun can melt them, big deal.

Well, this was originally being posted as a joke about making copies, but I
see I hit someone's sensitive side and to assume people are idiots because
they do not do things the way you do them or think the way you think makes
you egotistical and or self-centered .

I guess I am smarter yet, as I do not leave originals or copies in my van to
melt or get stolen, or I must be more of an idiot.

Anyway, was meant to be a joke, Hope all of you have a Merry Christmas.
Mike
