Well my quest for 4 straight tournament wins fell 1 place short Saturday, as
I took 2nd with a 17# limit of smallmouths. I really thought my big sack
had it sewn-up, but you never really know until the fish hit the scales.
But I can't complain!

After 3 casts I had 10# in the well, and here I thought it was gonna be a
tough tourney. Used the same Carolina rig techniques I discovered & put to
use last year at Lake Champlain. Sometimes old techniques are the best
techniques.

Hope y'all are catchin em!

Nice job Warren! My guy Jami Fralick stumbled bad on day 4 but you are still
kicking tail. Joe Z.

Where was your tourney Saturday, Warren? Seemed like there was a Joisey
boat on every point In C'wood.

That last line says it all IMO Warren. Fish are smart enough to realize when
they see the same thing over and over again and it often helps to go to
something either "brand new" or old enough that the fish haven't seen it in
a while. Or at least that's my take on fishing my local - and heavily
pressured - waters.

Congrats on all the recent wins and this "paultry" :-) 2nd place finish. lol
