Cabelas MR100 Reel Problem

Anyone have any tips on repairing these baitcasting reels? I have 2 that
suddenly will reel in and out and the anti-reverse does not work. The drag
will not tighten either. The spool just free spins and the crank just
catches sporadically???

Return it. Cabelas is very good about this.
