Even worse than that; it sounds like something the Bush team put together!
No satire (other than Powell getting hooked off), no accusations of anything
shady, no bashing....its just not like the others at all. He didn't even
take the cheap and easy shot about the 'Mandate'. Hell, even Bullwinkle
would have had a "Camchurian Mandate" in there somewhere.

Methinks someone got a late-night phone call...
