Default trolling motor

I just bought a trolling motor and am looking for battery. I havent decided
on what kind of battery setup i will use to charge my battery, but i would
like to know the name of that device i can hook up my starting battery to
the trolling battery to be able to charge the trolling battery off of my
outboard. (wow, that was a long and confusing sentence/question)...
thanks in advance

You could use an isolater which doesn't permit you to drain your
starting battery when the trolling motor is in use. This would be
automatic operation. I like a multi-battery master switch and maually
switch from on to the other. Just simpler and less prone to failure
as long as you keep track of which battery is in use. On Thu, 21 Aug

You guys have been very helpful, thank you. See, the problem with the
onboard charger is I have my boat in rented storage and there are no
electrical outlets. If it makes a difference, for every5 times i wakeboard,
i fish once, so i run the 90 HP a lot, will that still not be enough time??

thanks

can find. If the motor is

one day of fishing. I used

"automatic" battery charger that you

If the battery is hidden

extension cord in and in

use, to prevent the lead

each use, you'll get longer

enough to make any difference

It might, but then again, we're getting back to that problem of needing the battery fully charged
soon after use. So unless you're fishing once, then wakeboarding until the battery is full, see if
you can find a power source. Is there lightbulbs in the place? Maybe you could screw in a
lightbulb/outlet adapter?
