changing doors Mondeo

Hi!

I've got a Mondeo, 1.8i - 16V business edition hatchback, 05-07-1999. But my
doors are in very bad condition.
Is it possible to change the doors with a Mondeo Stationwagon 1.6i,
27-03-1996?
And is everything still working if possible?
