Ford Ranger Styling

The Thailand ford ranger seems to be a much sharper looking truck...

Resembles a Nissan i think? And somewhat the 98ish style 4runners?

Why is america stuck in the 15 year styling rut?

3.0L, 4-cylinder, DOHC 16V DuraTORQ TDCi turbo diesel commonrail engine

Why can't we have that engine?

There are two unrelated trucks that have the Ford Ranger name. One is
built and designed by Ford and sold in the US market.

The other is designed by Mazda in sold in most other markets.

That raises the question ... why doesn't mazda import their own 1/4
tonne rather than use ford's?
