I think the problem is that 265 tires will not have the clearance between
the tires. They are to big. Suggest that you stick with the stock sizes.
Lifting is not the problem. You must have clearance between the duallys.

: I have a 2003 Ford F-350 4x4 with dual rear wheels. My question is, what
: sized tire can i upgrade to without lifting the truck at all, I would like
: to be able to use a 265 75r 16, please advise

You are correct. The first Super Duty DRW 4x4 had 4 inch blocks, but
they don't anymore. I think they only ran it for a year or two with
4" blocks. He was refering to a 2003, which is why i stated my post
as i did.
