Default Beyond ToB

I recently beat SoA and ToB again and my protagonist finished as a level 26
sorcerer. I would like to somehow get my sorcerer to the experience cap (I
think that would put him at level 31) but don't really know of a good way to
reach that goal. There aren't many wandering monsters and such that I know
of. I suppose I could play some of the mods, but I'd rather do those with a
new(er) character. So does anyone have any advice as to how I can finish my
sorcerer?

I was also wondering if there's a way to export a character from ToB to SoA
with all of his or her equipment. Currently, I can export just the
character, but not the equipment. Any ideas?

TIA

Fun fact: Before BG2 came out, BG1 got criticized because you normally
reached the XP cap before the game ended. People thought the XP cap
should be high enough that the player would be able to keep leveling up
during the game, you see. (No, that doesn't really answer your question, sorry.)

Export, no. The only way I know to bring your equipment across to ToB
is to play all the way through Chapter Seven.

Actually I was looking to export from ToB back into SoA. Oh well, no
worries.

Also, is there a way to extract the music from BG2 and get it in a format
that I can play with something like Winamp?

Okay, I was able to export from ToB into SoA and retain my items. At least
it worked when my new SoA game was a multiplayer game. I believe that at
first I created a new multiplayer game and did the import but still didn't
have my items. I then saved the game and reloaded it and imported again, and
voila, items are there. I'm not sure if all these steps are necessary, but I
did get this to work for whatever that's worth. Of course, using a level 26
sorcerer in SoA is probably not going to be especially exciting.
