He's been Edwina a while now, and I'm about to go hit Suldanessar. How can he
turn back to normal? |

.. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. You should have been been accosted by some other red wizard(s) looking for Edwin. He/One of them (can't remember if there is more than one of them) will dispel Edwin's *** change. However - by choosing certain dialogue options it is possible to kill the Red Wizards without having them perform the dispel. In this case, Edwin turns back to normal when he gets dragged into hell with you. (Also, I'll note here that unless you have installed a fix (or edited the save file yourself), Edwin will be unaffected by boots of speed thanks to some weird engine issue.) |

It was just outside of there that I finally go the chance to change him back. It can take a while so if you have rushed through the game you may not get the option before hitting hell anyway. After that its academic HJ |

I think the encounter with that red wizard will take about 20 days of
gametime to conclude. Resting several days may be worth a try. |
