Default Bot servers?

Anyone else here play UT2004 as well as BF2? Ever play a match in
UT2004 and realize that you were playing against mostly all bots? Not
folks using cheats, but AI bots where no one was actually controlling
the character. I'd been in a few rooms like that in UT2004 and you
quickly realize they are bots. They repeat the exact same actions over
and over. Actions a person would not perform.

Got onto a BF2 server I'd never been on before. It reminded me very
much of these UT2004 bot servers. A guy got into a truck and got
stuck in an area and ran forwards and backwards over and over for a
very long time, never figuring out how to get unstuck. It wasn't a
difficult area to get out of. Tons of TKing, spawn killing, and such.
Friendlys constantly running over mines even though paths were always
made for going around the mines. TK's resulted in instant punishment
by all. Not even a 1 second delay.

I also saw that I was getting negative points for killing the other
team mates. This was a ranked server and I ended up getting -17 before
I realized what was going on. I usually get in the top 50%, if not
the top 4 positions in any given match that I play from begining. So I
was surprised to see a -17 points.

So anyone else seeing BOT ran BF2 servers? I'd never seen anything
like this on BF2 before.
