As of this moment, there are no details on what this latest patch is about,
but one can only assume that it may well have something to do with the
"Banner Issue" we've all been reading about. Let's hope this is the fix so
we can all get back to enjoying the game!

Oh yeah, there's a time/date change on server maintenance, see below for

The live North American & European City of Heroes servers have been
scheduled for a publish on Wednesday October 28th.

Start Time: 4:00 AM Pacific Time (7:00 AM Eastern Time / 11 AM British Time
/ 12:00 Central European Time)
Expected Duration: 2 hours
Expected Finish Time: 6:00 AM Pacific Time (9:00 AM Eastern Time / 1 PM
British Time / 14:00 Central European Time)

Changes to the Server Maintenance Times
As of Thursday, October 22nd, the regular bi-weekly server maintenance times
will be modified and will take place once a week on Thursday from 4:00 AM
Pacific / 7:00 AM Eastern to 6:00 AM Pacific / 9:00 AM Eastern.

Please note: while we are reserving that two-hour period for maintenance
updates, they will not necessarily require the entire two hours and
additional updates may be scheduled outside this time-period as needed. We
may also perform maintenance on additional servers, such as the web servers,
message boards, or login servers.
