c&c: Generals Zero Hour Particle Cannon Question

How do you make the particle cannonmove into an "S" shape instead of staying
in one place

When you select the cannon and fire, keep it selected and retarget it as
often as you like for as long as it fires. Double clicking will make it move
faster.
