World builder Generals

Hello World,

does anybody know, how to build maps for generals?
Is the World Builder an extra software or ist it included in C&C Generals?
How could I get the World Builder or how could I get it started?

The WorldBuilder comes with Generals. You can obtain the (somewhat out-of-date)
manual here:
