Is BO affected by one's resistances or something? Sometimes it just won't
take, even if I remember to party up first!

My hammerdin has all his resists at 85 (except poison) and I had him
standing by the River of Flame wp while BO-Boy was huffing and puffing
away, and it just wouldn't take. I knew I wasn't doing anything too far
wrong, because it did take on the merc, whose resists are all in the 40s.

Or is it just the lag?

My best guess is that the hammerdin wasn't standing *by* the WP, rather he
was standing *on* it. (It might have appeared differently on the other
screen due to sync issues.) It's not possible to BO or enchant a character
while they are standing on a WP.

Buggered if I know. All I know is that, when I'm playing two characters I
have to make sure that the one receiving the shouts or 'chant has to not
just WP to the area, they have to step off the WP or it won't work. Maybe
it's a 'tile' thing?

I've had this happen on occasion even when character off WP. I don't
think I/ve seen it with a CTA (same character BOing) but have had to
unparty and reparty to correct it.
