Hi,
My first venture into hell level, with a level 62 trapper in single
player, did pretty good so far, but the lightning immunes in hell have me
stumped. LS is at 22=1-1491, DS is at 22=1-ss90, FBlast 7= 62-99 SWeb 7=
1-154 in shadow I have Shadow master at lvl11 mostly one pt in all the rest
to get the skills. No points in MArts.
The only alternative I can think of is go back to nightmare and lvl up
some more, but what should I put the points in, The guide I found says max
Fire Blast, will that do the trick? I have no spectacular gear or weapons
and neither does my merc.,just regular stuff although I found a scissor with
+3 to lighting sentry and one with +1 all assassin skills, my merc has a
regular speed scythe with 1-3 cold, 18% life steal, dmg 141-228. We are
struggling, any help will be appreciated. Thanks for listening.

I definitely recommend levelling up. 62 is pretty low to start Hell
IMHO. I prefer to be at least 71-72. Playing SP, you can use the "/
players x" trick to make the monsters more difficult, meaning more
experience faster.

Unless you have godly equipment available, Fire Blast is the way to go.
When synergized by the Lightning traps it will start doing 1000s of points
of damage.

As for gear: you can shop +3 Traps (primary slot) and +3 Shadow (secondary
slot) claws from NM Anya.

Treachery isn't too out of reach, if you're lucky with an NM Hellforge (or
unlucky with a Hell Hellforge, although that's still a bit out of range
). (I'm not sure Treachery is available in SP though)

Lore is a cheap runeword for a hat... Otherwise gamble circlets/coronets.

62 in Hell is dicey even if you had built her for it (you didn't).

It is necessary. The points you put in SWeb should have been in FB.
You need to max FB, and that will take 13 more levels, plus you will
likely want to cast SM at 17, minimum.

I would suggest going back to NM A5 and just doing Baal runs for
levels and gear. If your belt, gloves and boots are not good, craft
some better ones. You can head into Hell once you're over 70, just
stay away from high-level areas and use MB and CoS a _lot_. Tossing
poison pots can help you bring down the LIs until DS can handle them.
Establish a killing field of dead bodies and lure LIs to it for DS to
kill.
