EQ Weddings

What is the purpose of them? People in my guild have gotten married and there
is another wedding being planned. I guess I just don't 'get it'. Does the
couple always have to do everything together after they are married? Are
there also EQ Divorces?

Hell if I know. I suppose it kinda "marks" your cyber lover, but, its
a whole side of EQ I dont go for. As long as it means something to
them, Im easy though as long as they dont want me as bride.

There are EQ divorces but no legal stuff just /petition My EQ husband
and I have split up I dont want his name any more can you change my
surname to.. 's ..

Two reasons I see for it. One, the couple is married in RL, and want to
be married in game too. Second is roleplaying purposes. --

No, but they can if they want. (just like in RL) .. I'm not with my wife every waking moment.
