I think she has affinity for him because they both have sloping shoulders

Sloping shoulders are not in and of themselves = to working out.
There are some people who work out and build up that part of their body so
they are unnaturally sloped there, esppecially y if they ignore other parts
of the arms

BUT there are people who are born that way with that kind of asymmetry.
So there it is not a function of strength but rather of weakness. It was
sofika's family's biggest complaints about all her suitors. I can't imagine
how they let past all the guys with straight shoulders who were jerks

I'll never forget them kvetching about one of our mutual friend's
boyfriends. She eventually kicked him out because he wanted to go back to
school to be a
film director. But the sloping shoulders - if indeed anyone ever could
determine he had such an affliction and I don't think they could --
They felt she should not marry him
just because he had sloping shoulders (he didn't lift weights), of course
the fact that he didn't want to work was not relevant at all to his fitness
as a spouse

Also I recall that when sofia's aunt was making our dresses for the
wedding, sofia incessantly complained that my dress wouldn't fit right
because I have sloping shoulders. I don't imagine that ANYONE has ever
concluded I have sloping shoulders outside of her. Because I don't
