how do I contact the Neo. team aside from the automated "help" areas
Hello all,
as i was away getting my cancer treatments this last time, my beloved
darling children made a LOT of accounts and got my "slobnoster" account
frozen. I have emailed the Neo. group 3 times now, and got a reply stating,
you can have one account back, minus the penalties for the frozen
punishments. The signature at the bottom of that message was signed by'
"VERONICA C. " at support neopets. When I tried to find out what account I
was to use, no answer, and an error from this Veronica C addy given.
If there is another way to contact them with success? please help me out. I
realize that my kids screwed things up, and I accept that, of course. They
no longer have access to anything.
Even with NO's cut in half, and items lost, etc, I would have enjoyed that
account back. Or is it better to start a new and wash my hands of it? It has
been one of my saving graces while battling this cancer stuff.
