Item vanished

I had an Usuki Knight in my shop. I clicked to remove it and it vanished!!
Nowhere to be found. I thought I'd got a great bargin at 80k.
I just hope the SoS I'm buying doesn't go the same way

Now I've a Pearly Koi Bubble Wand vanish on me

does someone else have your password? It might be a good idea to change your pw
no matter what.
