I don't get it..... what does a Phantasy Star Online Hunter's License have to
do with Yu-Gi-Oh?

He's overseas and can most likely sign up free online,
but would have to pay for an overseas call/go through
a hassle to cancel since PSO is pay to play (and renews
automatically, unlike the J version).

As I understand it, PSO Episode III has many of the same game mechanics
and structure as the Yu-Gi-Oh card game. It's arguable that Ep III online
and Yu-Gi-Oh online would be equivalent experiences. That's subject to
the qualitative differences of personal experience and opinion, of course.
