The USS Zealous is one of the few Prometheus class vessels produced by
Starfleet. Showcasing the latest in defenses, ablative armor,
multivector assault mode and more, the Zealous is one of the most
dangerous vessels at Starfleet's disposal. But now Starfleet and the
Federation have entered an era of peace. Can this attack cruiser find a
place in Starfleet during the peace? The Zealous is a Star Trek sim set
in the 24th Century.

Are you a person who loves to write? If so, then this sim is for you.
The sim takes place by email, offering action, adventure and a great
deal of character development. The adventures of the Zealous crew range
from action-packed battles to first contact situations. Your character
will be immersed in these actions, taking part in storylines and
character development. You are only limited by your imagination.
Ingenious solutions to encountered problems, playing the role of
diplomat, joint logs with your fellow crewmembers, plot submissions and
development, and a myriad of other duties are just a sampling of life
on the Zealous. The benefit of a PbeM sim affords you the ability to
sim without having a scheduled time each and every week to appear. We
know that inspiration strikes individuals at different times, even in
the shower (keep paper and pen handy).

You maybe asking yourself 'what is expected of me if I join?' We
expect you to develop your character, interact with your fellow crew,
we ask that you post 1 log per week, but most importantly, we expect
and want you to have fun. We want you to get lost in the world of Star
Trek simming with us, coming along for the ride. The Zealous is not
only a crew but we are a family. Keeping with the core of "seeking
out new life and new civilizations," we are seeking you out!
