-To use, reassemble, extract and place "game_voices.pk3" in this folder:

....\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\base

-Select a Male voice for Jaden (recommended).
-Play as usual (or use cheats- what do I care?)

Not all incidences of their voices are changed. I tried to get most of
them. Some coversations are really long difficult especially toward the
end. Then I started to get bored.

Incidentally, some contain bad words. But they're ****ing funny!
