the majority of living creatures. ergo, it is not so much a trait as a
characteristic.

it follows then that neither hetero***uality or homo***uality is the
natural state. bi***uality is. the choice of partner is largely based on
emotional and social guidelines, not their genetic integrity or genetic
potential.

if human society had no regard for ***uality, and no need for labelling,
then the whole 'genetically ***' debate would not exist.

natural status is bi. you choose for your own reasons whether to be
straight or ***.

I find it hard to imagine somebody waking up one day and saying,
"Hmmm. . .homo***uals are being beaten to death. They have a high risk
of AIDS and other ***ually-transmitted diseases. They are looked down
upon by society. Yup. Sounds like fun. I think I'll be ***!"

Yes, if you look at it on the surface. Then again, wouldn't type "O"
blood also have a harder time propagating? What about people born
with genetic disorders that make them sterile or kill them before they
reach puberty?

It's quite possible that hetero***uality is simply dominant, so
"straight" people can be carriers of "***" genes.

Not only that, but I had a friend in high school who had a *** sister.
She had kids. Plus, there are bi***uals who also spread their genes.

Of course, you are right to a certain extent. Homo***uality would have a
harder time propagating, and it does. The last time I looked at the
statistics, homo***uals are a very small portion of the total population.

Listen here mate, I never said that the Qur'an can be perfectly translated. I
said that if you do not understand Qur'anic-style Arabic, then the only way to
remotely understand the Qur'an is by reading a translation. Translation is a
form of interpretation, especially when combined with commentary. When someone
gives a sabak or khutba and quotes verses from the Qur'an, he is making an
interpretation of the Qur'an in very much the same way. Some translations in
circulation may be biased (Wahabi, etc) but then so are the Kothari brainwashing
sessions. Each has its evils, but thankfully Allah (S.W.T.) has given some of us
the ability to reason.
