I am going to make an application to allow people to play Starcraft on
battle.net with only one IP address using ICS or a router.

Does anyone care? Would anyone use it?

Why bother? There are so many wireless Access Points in my area, I can
connect my other comps to neighbor's APs. These doofus' don't bother to set
any form of security, so with a default SSID of "linksys" or "default", I'm
in. Thus its very easy to have multiple comp's in my house on the net at
the same time. And I owe it all to others who don't read their manual...

Hmm . . . I want to make some $$$ somehow. Adware? Trial Version? Maybe
two people can use it for free, but more would have to pay? Really cheap?

LOL... Adware is probably the only way you're going to get any amount of
money... although I doubt you'll be able to intice many people to pay you to
put ads in something as unpopular as its going to be. Starcraft is 5 years
old; the only place you have a prayer of selling any copies is Korea
