Default Things starcraft 2 should be a 2d game like part 1



In starcraft you can go up to 200 psi. In starcraft 2 they could go up
to 1000. Just a thought.
They could also have better effects for a new 2d game. Weapons that
blast holes in the ground. Tanks that can dig trenches. There can be
many different ways to upgrade. Diablo 2 was still a 2d game and there
is so much stuff to get and do, the fun never ends... until u get
board. Starcraft to could also be a game where you could either go for
mass units or few powerful units like in warcraft3.
Of course 56k users will be fuked when it comes to trying to play
in a game with several thousand units, so beating them will be easy.
Just build! Kill their connection to b.net.
For my wish: characters (that arent blown to pieces) will limp
and sob as the crawl around in their own blood on the floor and die.
Goliaths can run fast and jump over obstacles and pounce on objects
that are smaller or on buildings to avoid a melee attack

blood doesn't sound too bad to me, but it might just be the holiday

Bah! If you don't like to micro, go play Total Annihiliation (or some other crappy games :P)

Mass yes, but not bazillion units running around like a bunch of morons cause
no one can ever control 1,000 units at the same time. Mindless attacks <>
microing = no fun.

Yeah, that's pretty cool. Also, when machine units (like tanks) get blowed up
real good, I want the surrounding organic units to take shrapnel damage!

No shit man. And when flying units get blown up, parts of them could
still kinda float in the air while burning. Then fall when the motor
breaks down.

They could stamp on an infantry unit though, that would be good. But
then you would have to have a provision for it to be able to get out
of the way (try and stamp on a zergling anyone?) Maybe a Zealot or a
Marine or a 'lisk could be crushed, that would be nice.

Anyone ever play Machines? That was interesting, it was one of the
first 3D RTSs and hence sucked, but it had a first person control of
certain units. That would be neat if it could be executed well. I
suppose that there would be something to discourage too much
FPStarcraftage, or your game will suffer without you paying any
attention to it. Mine wouldn't, I would probably be better off letting
my units just get on with it.
