Nope... Only if you are "seen" mounting it will you have trouble, and it's
classification as a "stolen" horse never goes away (unless maybe when you buy it armor... Dunno. Of course, this is reasonable... what REALLY pisses me off is when that
fast (but stupid, not to mention wimpy, keeps getting himself killed) black horse that I paid good septims for keeps trying to take a hike.
