I can not find a warlock trainer in Stormwind, can anybody toss me a bone
and tell me where i might find one? Looked around Mage area, still can not
find a warlock trainer.

Mage sector, downstairs in the Slaughtered Lamb inn... this is also the location of
the " Summoning Circle " for pet quest(s)

They're in the basement of a bar (Blue Recluse?) in the Mage area... ask a
guard and he'll give you a pointer.

He will put a nice little flag on the Stormwind map and mini map for
you to follow.

They're in "The Slaughtered Lamb" such an apt name. Love it.

For Void and Succubus. The Fel is summoned in Ratchet.

I had a time finding the summoning den the first time. The guy says
"downstairs". There's a *downstairs*?! So I looked closely and, sure
enough, the tunnel down is right across from the tunnel up, but it's so
dark that the opening blended into the wall and I kept missing it. (Now
that I know it's there it's obvious.)

I make a point of taking my non-lock friends down there just to check it
out. I have a wicca friend who loved the blood-red summoning circle.

There's also the assassination quest that non-locks can get (locks get the
nice hat as a reward) and no one would know of it if not for locks leading
them down there.

BTW, speaking of quests in out-of-the-way places, if you're heading for DM
and VC, stop at the not-inn in the south end of the dwarf quarter. There's
an NPC there with two DM quests.

People have answered this already, but I thought I'd mention you can ask a
guard for directions to most key npc's in ccities.

I think I'm going to start the Campaign For The Non-Abbreviation Of Warlock. I
hate that word "lock"; it really grates with me. "Warlock" is such a rich
evocative word, and "lock" just sounds... crap. I know I'm swimming against a
strong current here, but I bet your wicca friend would agree

Nearly as bad as "toon"...

Warlocks are kind of an underground cult, shunned by society, so you may not get
a direct answer. Can't remember whether he still marks it on your mini-map,
though

Anyway, as others have mentioned: look in the basement of The Slaughtered Lamb,
at the back of the highest level of the Mage Quarter.
