It seems that the i386 and amd64 autobuilders do no longer upload
their builds to unstable. What's going wrong? (2.6.16-14 hasn't been built on amd64 yet, but -13 has been, and it's not in unstable, either.) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-kernel-REQUEST@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmaster@lists.debian.org |

Try http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html. It currently lists 3 versions
and 10 architectures for linux-2.6. Bastian -- There's another way to survive. Mutual trust -- and help. -- Kirk, "Day of the Dove", stardate unknown -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-kernel-REQUEST@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmaster@lists.debian.org |

Ah. And all these architectures include a new package, whereas your powerpc upload doesn't? Strange. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-kernel-REQUEST@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmaster@lists.debian.org |

Thats nice, but does it explain the buildds (sometimes?) don't pick up
packages? I had that with on of my own packages, amiga-fdisk. I did the last upload in january, for m68k of course, and waited three months for the i386 buildd to build the amiga-fdisk-cross package, it never happened. If I had known that the i386 buildds are so slow, I would have started setting up i386 buildds instead of m68k buildds. So after three months I gave up and built the package for i386 myself, but that should not happen with the buildd network? BTW the powerpc buildd picked it up just fine. Bastian's -13 powerpc upload did include new packages, and got NEW processing by Joerg. The issue is that, TTBOMK, in this scenario then each buildd upload needs new NEW processing as well. -14/ppc entered fine unstable because -13 was already in. -- Adeodato Simó dato at net.com.org.es Debian Developer adeodato at debian.org Aim for the impossible and you will achieve the improbable. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-kernel-REQUEST@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". This is because amiga-fdisk is marked as m68k/powerpc specific in P-a-s [1], so no build of other architecture will ever try to build it. I'm also sure many m68k porters would have been able to point you to this file if you'd mentioned the problem before, since they know about its existence.
