How to change the gnome-session's welcome pic

Hi,all.

When the gnome-session starts, there would be a welcome pic which would
appear "metacity window manager","gnome-panel",and other necessary apps
at the bottom of the pic.

Is there any mothed to change it?
And what should i do?
