Default Logitech Keyboard extra Functions

Hello,

I've just received a new keyboard for my birthday. Really nice by the way
because my old one didn't work nice anymore and I had some RSI pain after
some hour.

But I also have quite a problem. How do I enable all the extra function
(media, mute, home, favorites, email, messenger(I don't like MSN;-)) keys
around the keybord? Are there any configurations I could change?

Greetings,

Noud ALdenhoven

I'm running Linux Gentoo 2005.0
Kernel-2.6.11-r3

If you're running Gnome, in Preferences->Key combinations you can
associate the multimedia keys with the program/event you want.

If you aren't, there is some daemon you can configure via preferences
text file. I don't use any, but somebody who does will surely explain
you
