Default PHP problem - urgent

Hi,

I have a quite annoying problem. All browsers on my up-to-date Gentoo
AMD64 systems seem to not support php files. I always get popups asking
me how to handle unknown file type. Seems to be a generic problem, any
ideas? PHP support certainly is in /etc/make.conf.

Thanks,
Gernot

PHP is not a 'browser supported' file type.
It is a format that is interpreted by the web server, to generate HTML.

Your browser won't be able to do anything with PHP - you have to serve it from a
web server.
