hi,
advanced ip routing tools can do what you want.There are also some examples
describing these kind of scenarios.You may have a look at iptables
tutorial as well.

In fact,adding equal cost multipath feature to the kernel and also doing
loadbalancing on the service provider site for your internal network would
be the best choice.
