Default squid & iptables .... again

Hello.
I set up a transparent proxy but when I upgraded I accidentally

is removed from the URL and http://www.google.ro/index.html becomes
/index.html). When using it manual it works ok.
I had this once before but it was because of squid listening only on
some addresses and not 0.0.0.0. Not now though. Not running in accel
mode either.
This is very frustrating since it WORKED and now I've downgraded squid
and iptables to versions that worked but I still get the same error. Any
help is appreciated.

Your are probably missing this statement in squid.conf:
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on
